Why I built this.

Every weekend, same story.

I open Instagram. Find a few accounts with tips on what to do with kids. Look up addresses. Save them to my notes.

Then the day comes. Two kids under ten, everyone wants something different, and there is no time to calmly scroll through anything. I look at the list. A few places. But I have no idea if they are near each other, or near us.

We end up going to the same places every time.

The advice in startup circles is always: solve your own problems.

So I built Mapture. You paste an Instagram handle, it finds the address and puts it on a map. Add all your spots, save it as “restaurants with kids” or “weekend places,” and you are done.

Next time the chaos starts, just open the map. Everything is already there.
